Why not take a LEAP! into your creativity

Carmen Lund’s classes expand your personal vision and re-connect you to your creativity.
Participants work in a class setting with like-minded individuals.  The environment is one in which an individual feels safe and comfortable to explore and  develop their own creativity.
All classes are designed to include all levels of individuals.  The only requirement to register into a class is a deep desire to learn how to better express oneself in the best possible way.
Unlike some classes, all Carmen Lund’s classes are inclusive.  The reason she likes to include all levels is her convictions that cross pollination of ideas occur which is valuable to beginners as well as experienced painters.  All students benefit by the great variety of approaches.  Insight and encouragement are the rule rather than the exception in all her classes and workshops.
Risk taking  and moving beyond the familiar is encouraged and applauded.  In this atmosphere of risk taking, there are no rules, students are very comfortable to experiment.  New doors open  in ways one cannot imagine.

Are you ready to uncover your dreams, passion and possibilities? Invest the time from the very busy life you are living, to explore the possibilities of a life that is waiting for you!

No previous art experience or skills are necessary! This workshop is fun, intuitive and relaxing. To participate in this powerful exercise all that is necessary is a willingness pay attention and listen to the clues being sent to you from your subconscious connecting you to your inner wisdom.

An Envision It! board is a collage made by clipping pictures and words out of your favorite magazines and pasting them onto a surface. “Dream board” and “treasure map,” are other names for the board because in it you will see a visual expression of your desires and dreams.

Your completed board is a work of art which you can keep to in a special spot as a daily reminder of the things you would like to manifest in your life in order to connect with your passions. Your dreams are waiting!

What: ENVISION IT!  ~ Cut and paste the future of your dreams

Who: You! or anyone looking to uncover Possibilites in their life

When: Sunday,  Nest class date TBA 2012

Where: Gables in Wooster Square, New Haven

Supplies: You will be provided with a blank board on which to paste your selected images.

You will need to bring:
~About 6 old magazines containing lots of photos and words (Some types of magazines that have reallygood content to work with are Oprah, Simple Living, Travel and Leisure or whatever speaks to you.

~Glue stick or Elmers liquid glue
~Scissors
Investment: $100

*Included in the cost of the workshop is a tea and a complementary coaching session to be scheduled after the workshop to discuss your completed Envision It! board
